Episode 8 with Richard Stout
Houston Art Tribe is a video series that focuses on what I like to refer to as "a seriously laid-back, studio-vibe conversation between artists". Although each episode will generally feature a guest artist who lives and works in the very large, Houston area, there may be future episodes that will address other topics concerning artists or the arts. These could form around such ideas as a round table discussion, or perhaps to feature a specific exhibition and/or art event.

Art Chatter Critique Group
Art Chatter is a Houston collective of established mid-career visual artists who defy the stereotype of the lone artist in isolated studio practice. This community provides its members a supportive forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and critical responses. Members produce individual work in a variety of media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, print making, and fabric arts and utilize multiple art strategies, including abstraction, surrealism, and incorporation of text.
